Confirmed from Veteran's Park - Nature Reserve and walking trails' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Veteran's Park - Nature Reserve and walking trails
“A great place to walk or run on the paved trails around the pond.”
Veteran's Park has a sand volleyball court, a basketball court (behind Ashley High School), covered picnic areas and a paved trail around a pond. Unfortunately, the restrooms are not available near the pond/nature trail, but they do have restrooms available by the tennis courts.
Cute park with a short Paved walking trail! Very peaceful and only a few other people on the path. We will definitely come back to this park in the future and may bring bikes next time.
A great place to walk or run on the paved trails around the pond. The newly refinished tennis courts are just waiting to be played on. The sand volleyball court is my neices favorite spot. The playground is great too!
Beautiful trail around the pond! Great place to walk or run with friend, family or by yourself.
