Confirmed from Village Forest Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Village Forest Park
“Also has a beautiful new shelter building that would be perfect for hosting.”
“They have a huge fun playground for all ages and even a little BABY play area.”
We visited this park last week with our 3 daughters, I can't believe we hadn't heard of this park before. It's tucked back in a woodsy area of baraboo and I love all the free space to run outside of the playground. It seemed inclusive of all children, babies, and bigger kids.
