Confirmed from Virgil Gilman Nature Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with kid-friendly hikes, wildlife and paved, gravel and asphalt trails.

I ride this trail regularly. I love it! Not boring or flat. Kid friendly. Beautiful landscaping, various wildlife & plants. It's my favorite trail in my area!
By far my favorite walking path so far. The path itself was clean and made from asphalt which was awesome. Lots of other bikers and walkers but everyone was super friendly and stayed on the right side of the walking path. We will definitely be back again to walk on this path, absolutely! Reccomended!
There are always friendly people walking about and a great view of nature.
Great trail for walks, bike rides, jogs, or photography! Never crowded, plenty of wildlife, even deer occasionally!
