Confirmed from Vista Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Small hillside park, rentable for weddings, offering a charming gazebo with outdoor seating & views.
What runners say about Vista Park
“You can walk past that to the other side and encounter a trail walk that leads to a beautiful view of the mountains.”
A quaint little Trail surrounding a top-rated restaurant, The Summit. You can walk past that to the other side and encounter a trail walk that leads to a beautiful view of the mountains. Dog friendly, they must be on a leash. Catch a sunset, too. ENJOY!
Beautiful look outs, nice trail, awesome views. I went there for sunrise but the weather was cloudy. I enjoyed the views and my time there.
Great view. Not to hard to walk up to. Make sure you wear a shoe for walking on rocks.
Nice park to walk your dog, a little confusing where to be with the golf course overlapping and no trespassing signs.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
