Confirmed from Vista Point of the High Ridge Loop Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Vista Point of the High Ridge Loop Trail
It is a moderate hiking trail and allows hikers and bikers to start their hikings/bikings at Dry Creek Pioneer Regional Park's Staging Area, with no entry fee, or Garin Regional Park's High Ridge Loop Trailhead, with entry fee for the weekends and holidays.
About 1.5 mile hike to top, about 50 min. Nice view at the top. Some shade but not a lot. Cows on path and sometimes will come close. Also a decent run/hill training area
Good 4 mile hike from the dry creek with elevation gain of about 1200 feet not much of trees uphill but downhill was better. On the way up you will see small wild flowers and yellow and red ladybug 🐞. Ample of parking at dry creek side. … we also saw peacock at the apartment complex next to parking lot.
Very nice place, good for hiking, breath a fresh air, enjoy a scenic view, etc. Would be nice if they put more signs with directions and distances
