This place is wonderful. We are so lucky to have it in the city. I imagine this is why so many residents take ownership in unusual ways. Expect anything. From dog walkers to weekenders and tourists. You'll see full families with toddlers running around to highly disciplined working dogs.
Wonderful! LOT'S of space for many great activities! Kite surfing was cool to watch! Didn't get photos but saw a soccer game and softball or something being Played. People walking, jogging, biking. The park seemed to be it's own little world! Very cool!
What can I say about this park? It is so gorgeous, spacious, clean, and well maintained. You can think of any outdoor activities, and more importantly, you can do all of them at this park. There are many parking lots but be mindful that they fill up quickly.
I've taken my daily walk here for over a decade, like many other regulars. It's much larger than most folks are aware. There are beautiful walks and hikes. Athletic fields are popular and well maintained.
