“Beautiful place on the river off the bike path.”
This is a tarmac walkway alongside the Willamette River that extends from Heron Park almost all the way to Island Park. It lies in a residential area with unobstructed river views. Numerous benches make this walk accessible for those with mobility issues, although walkway is a bit wavy at times rather than flat.
I love this park. It is a nice place to run, walk, bike, swim and fish
great place to walk a dog or sit by the river! wonderful little spot in springfield.
Beautiful walk aling the river. Trails down to the water in various places along the path.... Swimming is good but water can be quite swift.
