This is a beautifully maintained park, with lots of walking trails. We went before the Rhododendrums were fully blooming, but it was still so pretty, with many other blossoms. One of the prettiest parks I've ever been to.
Of course, I would have to visit this beautiful park, the wrong time of year... Even though I didn't get to see any of the beautiful flowers, it was still a very gorgeous park! I could only imagine what it looks like when everything is blooming?!
Beautiful in Spring and Fall with great picnic areas, including a sheltered set of tables. The month of May brings about an amazing Rhododendron Forest / Garden that will delight and amaze the gardeners and non-gardeners alike.
This place always inspires a leisurely walk. It’s a perfect spot for strolling with dogs and ideal for a picnic as well. While it’s a bit disappointing that dogs aren’t allowed in the garden area, the rest of the park—including the short trail—is absolutely wonderful.
