Confirmed from Wetlands Edge Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Easy access to the trails from the parking lot where there is an outhouse. The trails wrap around the bay and attached wetlands and are flat and well paved. A great area for bird watching and dog walking (on a leash). There are many options for hikes between 1 mile and 6 miles.

There is one porta potty. Decent parking. There are so many hiking/walking trails I need to go back several times to do them all, love it there.!!! Just beautiful all natural, and untouched. You must go see for yourself.☺️👍🌼🌻🌸💮🏵️🌿🌳🍃🌱🌾🪺🌞 ❣️💯

Beautiful area. Lots of long walking trails. Too many dogs!!! Especially off of leashes, and barking at the birds. 🐦 Not enough bathrooms in needed locations. Elderly, Handicapped, Children and people with health issues need restrooms at the middle and end of the main trails 🚻 PLEASE!!!

I've been going here for years. It's a great nature walk. There is plenty of bird watching. If you're a local, you'll see many sets of swans raising their young here. There are the occasional turtles, egrets, and great barn owls. Rarely you'll see coyotes in the beginning of the trails.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
