Confirmed from White River Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Nice bike trail approx. 10 miles one way.. the track is so flat and perfect for an older person who likes to ride. But who may not be in marathon shape.( that's me). Had a beverage from the little store at the one end. Which helped get us back on the return ... Beautiful views.. birds, farms of bounty, blue skies!

This is a clean gravel trail for either walking or biking. It’s mostly shaded which is nice in the summer, and it’s mostly flat as well (at least the part we were on).

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

Flat & fast 7 mentions

“It's a "rails to trails" trail, so it's straight and mostly level- it's a mild down-grade starting from the west end.”
