Confirmed from Lake Geneva Shore Path's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Lakefront trail meandering through private yards and showcasing lakeside mansions, plus gardens.

Hiked the full 21/22 miles of shore path in one go on a beautiful day in May- so many amazing properties and gardens and mansions that were jaw-dropping. Honestly, something unique at every turn!
This is a great path that circles all of Lake Geneva. There are lovely private homes to one side of the path and fabulous lake views on the other side. The trail is not completely flat but we did not encounter any steep inclines on the four miles we covered. However, we have been on this path in both Winter and Spring.
We love walking down the shore on the path in Lake Geneva. They have an area that is reserved for dogs only for them to enjoy the lake water. We enjoy watching the dogs swim and play fetch. Lots of things to do in Lake Geneva. Great town but it gets crowded on the weekends.
21.53 mileon footpath around Geneva Lake that meanders through every lakefront yard. Truly unique and a perfect way to see the magnificent and historic homes on the lake. Like all good and challenging hikes, this is multi terrain and not for everyone. There are sections that are flat and grass.
