Confirmed from Wicklund Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

❇️Wicklund Park, Tracy 🌳Quiet and well-maintained neighbourhood park next to a school. 🛝Playground fun for all ages with log climbing feature and a tall tunnel slide that my kiddos liked. 🌳Shade around play areas - perfect for sunny Bay Area days.

No bathrooms but the park itself is nice. Lots of skater punks though, with nothing to even skate on besides the walking path. It's like what are you even doing here? Some almost running over toddlers that are just trying to play.

It is a good place with lot of folks and lots of shade. It's only park in villages in MH that has shades in park as well and walkways. It protects from sun as well as wind which is rare here 🙂. Good place to be.

Great place to go for a walk and get some fresh air. I'm a little too old for it, but if you have kids they'll love the playground here.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 9 mentions

“Nice park and lots of play structure, would be nice if there was a bathroom, and if the playground was to be cleaned occasionally”
