Confirmed from Wild Cherry Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
This grassy park features soccer fields and walking paths, plus tennis and basketball courts.
What runners say about Wild Cherry Park
“Clean, convenient and fun for all ages (yes, even for the adult children among us including me).”
“The park is always clean and peaceful.”
Not busy during the weekday, truly vast open space with a nice walking path and fields, basketball and tennis courts. Lower Mac does not do garbage at their parks so there is sadly dog waste all over because people don't pick it up. That's sad because this is an otherwise beautiful park with a lot to offer.
Nice set up for soccer with posts and nets. Grass is well kept. Used the track (0.5 miles) for my daily 3 mile run.
Great walking path around the park. Multiple fields mean several tes can hold practice at the same time. I always enjoy seeing a pick up game.of basketball in progress. The Eagle Scout did a great job constructing the gaga ball pit. Thank you for that!
After the town set up soccer fields, repaired the walking path, added a parking lot, it is a grat place for recreation. Thanks lower Macungie for making it abetter place and taking care of it!!
