Confirmed from Wildflower Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Recreational area with picnic tables, a playground, and a lake.

Nice place to take a walk during the day or go for a run. There is a playground here along with a place to sit down. One end of the park is walking distance from Jewel. If needed, you can park your car behind Jewel or subway and walk to the park.
Nice secluded playground overlooking a lake. The path down to it is nestled between two houses in a small cul-de-sac which threw me a little. There are two decent sections, one for older kids and one for younger ones. Both have lots to do! There are swings and a few whizzy dizzies.
I love taking my evening walks here. Its great has playground the grass is always nicely cut. I would recommend adding a small beac near the the street. It would be lovely for the kids.
Good clean park for kids 12 and under! There is also a mile long walk/bicycle path all around the park.
