Confirmed from Wildwood Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Sprawling park with basketball courts, playgrounds, picnic shelters, disc golf and sledding hills. Trails offer hiking.

Great place for the kids, and adults alike. Theirs plenty of room to walk, or run through this scenic beauty. With open areas for flying kites, or playing various sports. The disc golf course is a definite must see for those who haven't had the chance to try it yet, all 18 holes.
I walk through Wildwood Park everyday because in my opinion, it is the prettiest park in town! Spring, summer, fall and winter are equally beautiful! There are 3 shelters for picnics all with running water, 2 play areas for the kids, a basketball court, 18 hole disk golf course, backstops for softball or baseball,…
We absolutely loved Wildwood park! We found it near the end of our stay in Ottumwa, but it really was a treasure to find. With parks at either end, for ages 2-11 year olds. The equipment is all new! The "shelters" are nice shaded areas with tables with plenty of area to have a wonderful homemade picnic.
