Confirmed from William J. Farley Jr. Community Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring baseball diamonds and 2 playgrounds for different age groups.
What runners say about William J. Farley Jr. Community Park
“Beautiful park, plenty of green well kept grass fields, plus tennis courts, and a huge play area for younger childern”
Lots of fun playground equipment, a paved walkway for walking, ball fields and great hills for sledding in the winter! We enjoy visiting year round!
Super fun park for kids of all ages. Features some accessible areas on the playground, a couple of gazebos with grills, and a couple of baseball diamonds as well as a paved walking trail and plenty of parking. During the pandemic it may be worth reminding adults to try their best to keep kids distant for their safety.
Great park to walk the dog ,play basketball, and two beautifil new tennis courts with great instructional programs. Modern new playground for kids. During these crazy corona times a great place to go to to get out of the house. I play tennis so this is a god send.
Always bring the kids here, it's their favorite park the only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is that the bathrooms are never open. During the summer when people are there all the time we were able to use the bathroom once.
Trail conditions & character
“The only change I'd recommend is to move the portable toilet to a slightly farther away place so the smell isn't close to the playgroung.”
