Confirmed from Windrows Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Windrows Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (225 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

🏃 great for running 2 mentions

“My favorite feature are the sidewalks running around the park and through some of the neighborhood, its great for walking, scooters, or biking with a young rider.”

Great park with lots of room for the kids to run around. Clean bathrooms and a well kept Park for everyone to enjoy.

★★★★★ — Robert , Feb 2018

This was my home park as a child. It was sandwiched between two schools I attended so spent many hours there as a kid. It has been fun watching it change over the years and taking my kids there now. The playground is definitely geared towards younger children, like 8 and under, maybe.

Nice park, well maintained by the city, as are all the other parks in Rancho. Big open green space is great for letting dogs or kids run around. Plenty of parking too if you're here for soccer/softball practice.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 6 mentions

“It has 2 baseball areas, basketball court, a playground area for kids and restrooms.”
