Confirmed from Winton Woods Fitness Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Winton Woods Fitness Trail
This fitness trail is a great workout. It can be tough, but you can set your own pace. I lived in the area for 50 yrs and never realized this trail was here. I will definitely be back soon to get my fitness on, lol. Enjoy the workout 💪
Great trail. Needs a little work. Should have legit connector the the rest of the park. Winton woods needs to connect the whole park with a bike trail of some kind.
I use this trail to walk my dog because it is often less crowded AND it is ALL COVERED unlike the other trails all out in the sun. There are benches by a tiny alcove in the water to sit and enjoy as well. You can do the long trail or shorter version for parcour or hiking.
This trail was a super fun way to get a little extra exercise during your hike. Will definitely be back 🚶♂️🥾

“The path is well-maintained and covered with woodchips, so most of it is dry at all times.”
