Confirmed from Woodland Trails Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Neighborhood, well-maintained park with a playground and workout area, plus a dog park and a shaded walking trail.
What runners say about Woodland Trails Park
“All of the swings and play scale area are covered by tents and have astroturf, so it is super clean and padded well so extremely safe.”
“Very nice Community Park, a covered playground for children, two dog parks, one for small dogs and one for large dogs, beautiful walking paths around a community soccer field!”
“The shade canopies and pavilion are AWESOME since is was on and off sprinkling when we were their and we didn’t have to run back to the car and leave.”

Nice little paved circle trail with restrooms. There is a dog park and children playground. Outside adult exercise equipment.
A little hidden gem in the Rosser area. We've lived in this neighborhood for 3 years and just visited for the first time. I am obsessed. What its NOT: its not flashy, its not huge, its not packed with a bunch of crazy playground items or splashpads, its not packed with wild children, no... its not Pioneer Park.
Love this little neighborhood park! It has something for everyone. The play area has rubberized turf, mommy/baby swing, and two jungle gyms for older kids. The trail through the pine tree woods is a unique and quick walk through the park. There is a dog park for small and large dogs.
Such a beautiful park! Restrooms are so nice and clean. Large space to run and play and the exercise area is awesome for parents to use while their kids play. The shade canopies and pavilion are AWESOME since is was on and off sprinkling when we were their and we didn’t have to run back to the car and leave.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
