Confirmed from Woodridge Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Large community park with kids' areas featuring a playground, tennis and baseball fields, plus basketball courts and picnic pavilions.
What runners say about Woodridge Park
“Fun for all ages and the kids cannot get bored.”
This adaptive park is very nice. Many of the features in the park are wheelchair accessible and there are features with braille for visually-impaired people as well! The base of the park is soft and rubberized so it’s great for jumping but also for rolling wheelchairs or walkers. The whole thing well-designed for play.
Another great one! It's a drive for us, but absolutely worth it. Fun for all ages and the kids cannot get bored. Climbing, tunnels, slides, swings, designated sand area, shaded picnic tables and indoor restrooms plus porta potties. Basketball court and I believe tennis as well.
Definitely a great place for kids with a lot of unique play equipment. Much of the equipment is wheelchair accessible. As a bonus, much of the seating is actually shaded!
Large park, great for kids of all ages. Has a basketball court, tennis/pickel ball court and trails.
