“Love this place with pretty spots and well marked trails.”
Went on a rainy day, when rubber boots are recommend to splash through some stretches of muddy trail. Still a very nice walk with some winter mushrooms to look at. Parking was very easy, probably related to the weather. Trails well marked.
Great spot for riding. These people in the reviews somehow don’t get this is a dirtbike spot sure you can hike or MTB here but it’s primarily for dirtbiking as it is about the only legal spot in mass to ride your dirtbike there are so many other hiking trails where dirt bikes aren’t allowed and won’t be there
I went late in the afternoon into early evening, no other cars in the parking lot. Once we were into the woods and on the trails, even though at times you're right next to I95, it's easy to feel like you're deep in the woods. Various terrain for various skill levels. All in all a great place to spend some time.
Great place for a hike. This State forest is legal for dirt bikes to ride so you have to be observant. There is paths on both sides of the road.
