Confirmed from Yadkin River Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Lakeside park featuring a dog park, camping spots and a walking bridge over the water, as well as picnic tables and a boat launch.

Having visited the area over the years, including doing a few clean sweeps.... I have to say I am very impressed with what Davidson County Park and Recreation has done since acquiring ownership. The parking area is very nice and there are security cameras that monitor the surroundings.
Pretty cool park. Decent walking trail through the woods. They have a small dog park on the Davidson County side. There are various benches scattered around the park along with two on the bridge itself. They're still doing construction in various places and doing landscaping.
Great place to take the kids and fish. The changes they have made here in the past few years are nice compared to what it used to be and it looks like more is to come. I have been coming here since my father brought me as a kid and now I bring my own children and hope they do the same.
I was definitely surprised when I came down the steps and got a good glimpse of the bridge. Cool hiking spot and wish I had a fishing pole at the time but saw a bunch of people fishing. We stopped in and got some cool pictures along with a little bit of a hike across the bridge. If you're in this area, check it out
