Absolute BEST bike trail I've been on. You will get a nice peaceful ride, but also a good workout. The best part about this trail is that if you follow the red trail, it will loop around back to where you came from! Most trails you have to turn around and go back, this trail you don't.
This trails are beautiful and great way to exercise! You can go on a bike,run,jog or walk either way its just amazing!
YANKEE WOODS Forest Preserve of COOK COUNTY, IL located in Oak Forest is a great spot for your 3 mile walk around the golf course. I have used this trek many times to get my steps in.
Clear your mind! This beautiful preserve located in Oak Forest is tucked away quite literally in an Oak forest. Featuring a wonderful 5k (3.1 mile) paved loop which winds and rolls around the George W. Dunne National Golf Course. Plenty of natural beauty along the way.
