Confirmed from Youngs Creek Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

New awesome park area for the entire family! Includes playgrounds for different age groups, splash pad, planty of trails to walk/bike/scooter etc. Also has tennis courts and amphitheater! We had such a great time there! Definitely suggest to check out this park!

Very nice park with next level play equipments and water play area. A great treat for kids and have a pleasant rest and walk by the creek. Kudos to whoever designed this park.

Great Farmer's market during the growing season, and a great park that's within walking distance of downtown and is connected to the cemetery and the Greenway trail that goes across Franklin and connects to other parks and historical sites up and down Youngs Creek including the confluence of Youngs and Hurricane Creek…

What a wonderful addition to Franklin! Clearly thoughtful planning went into this park. There are two playgrounds; each for a different age group. The splash pad is close to the playgrounds and also has restroom within walking distance. High recommend!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
