This is an excellent mountain bike or hiking trail for those looking for more strenuous activity. The tiny bridges and wood planks to ride across were very fun. However I would not recommend taking the very young, elderly or disabled on this trail unless they are in very good health.
Overall excellent and well maintained beginners as well as intermediate mountain bike trail. About 3 miles of trail that has some great loops and jumps, but also ties into the Lenoir Greenway for an even longer adventure. Highly recommend a visit!
Such a great place for any cycling families. The trails are as easy for the beginner, but have features to make it fun for regular riders. They even have a rad gravity park area for those who like to get a little airtime!
Great flat scenic trail. Ideal for runners, walkers and families with small kids with bikes.
