Confirmed from T.H. Broyhill Walking Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Peaceful destination featuring a botanical garden, a wildlife sanctuary & tranquil, lakefront paths.

“Beautiful flora, well maintained paths, bathroom, pagodas, geese, ducks, etc.”
“It's peaceful and shaded most of the time.”
“Yes there is dog walking, they have rules for that on the right side as you walk in.”
Love this walking park, it is beautiful. There is little side paths that you can take to different places. Heated bathrooms that are clean. A nice deck right at the duck pond that is perfect for stretching on before your walk and having a beautiful scenery.
I love this park. This is a great place to walk, it's flat the whole way around unless you take one of the two side paths. The bathrooms are at at the halfway point and you're allowed to bring your dog. The ducks are fun to watch, and the architecture is beautiful. I always enjoy myself no matter what season it is.
This park is AWESOME and convenient to downtown Lenoir, with a small waterfall! Beautiful flora, well maintained paths, bathroom, pagodas, geese, ducks, etc. It is a very visible, safe, and dog friendly atmosphere. I didn’t have time to explore all the trails, but the ones today were all flat, so an easy stroll!
Had a great walk got caught in the rain but was able to take shelter under a gazebo at the upper pond and enjoy the scenery also planning a wedding venue here provided the park allows it. After the rain stopped we were able to see the ducks lots of turtles and fish in the pond.
