Confirmed from 183A Shared Use Path Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Wooded area with trails and creek access for hiking, biking, and running, plus a skate park.

“It's great for trail running, hiking, mountain biking, disc golf, fishing, nature photography, kayaking, SUP, skateboarding at the skate park and walking.”
Really Good walk with leg and arm weights. It wasn’t too crowded & it felt really safe. The water was running in the stream, it was beautiful and I got to meet a few crawly critters on the way
Favorite trail since moving to the area! Good for kids , walking, running and biking!
Pretty long trail, we were unable to finish because we didn't come prepared. This trail is along the highway the entire way and is completely paved. Not very many stops and not to populated. We went 7 miles out, then back in, and only saw 4 people.
Had a beautiful 3 mile walk. The rain add so much beauty to the falls.
