Confirmed from Twin Lakes Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Paved, dirt, and bike trails with areas to walk and picnic, plus a lake and playground.
What runners say about Twin Lakes Park
“And a perfect start it is, a pavilion to stretch, overlooking a tiny but beautiful lake, and a very pleasant shaded trail for the first mile.”
I run this trail almost daily. It's really nice to get greeted by the waterfall every morning. People are friendly and there are restrooms conveniently located though they are public Park restrooms so manage your expectations. Lol
Must visit if you love to jog, ride a bike or run. Wonderful trail in the beauty of nature. Hold many amenities like kids park, small natural waterfalls, kids can exp rock climbing & next to YMCA. Be it extreme summer, rainy season or winter. This place is a must go!
Underrated park in Cedar Park. My go to starting point for Brushy Creek Regional Trail. No issues with parking, kept up bathroom, great spots to sit by the water and there is a trail that leads to the top of the rock cliff on the other side of one of the lakes, on the regional trail you will see a waterfall
Let me tell you about this place.... Awesome amenities, lots to do, beautiful scenery, and just very very well put together! Great for the family or Just anyone in general. Fields for play, fishing, trails are magnificent, and events. They had a bbq event when we were there. Basically something for everyone!
