Confirmed from Abe Stone Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Wet, but clean place featuring a playground, a soccer pitch and a pond.
What runners say about Abe Stone Park
“Besides being a glorious day, the area is clean, safe and we caught a yummy looking catfish!”
“Clean children can fish trails are open again beautiful view”
“Peaceful place until the soccer games start!”
Not a bad little park. There's basketball courts, a baseball/soccer field. I don't believe there are any swingsets or playground equipment for the kids but there's plenty of parking, lots of room to play, and it's quiet, not tons of passing traffic either.
This place is a small hole in the wall but let me tell you lots to do...HIKING..FISHING..SOCCER FIELDS (SP)..BASKETBALL COURTS ...BASEBALL FIELD...PICNIC AREA ..SWINGS ..SLIDES..AND "PARKING"😉
It's not changed to much since I was younger. Still a nice place to take your pooch on a walk or go to relax and think.
Great place to take the kids fishing or a day at the playground. It's a great place to walk your dog or have lunch .
