Confirmed from Abshire Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Public park featuring picnic areas, a restroom, and a trailhead for the Pumpkinvine Trail.
What runners say about Abshire Park

“Beautiful park and quilt garden right next to the Pumpkinvine trail!”
Love this place..punkin vine trail runs from elkhart all the way to Middlebury and has great nature and side trails along the way. Peaceful place. And Abshire hill is great for sledding in the winter. Been going there since I was a kid and now my kids do to.
One of the best bike trails I have ever been on. Beautiful park. So much to see
One of the most convenient points of access to the Pumpkinvine and other trails including a safe walking trail to the fairgrounds if you like a little exercise and want to avoid traffic and parking there. Clean restrooms and water fountains.
Love the entrance to the Pumpkin Vine trail here. Other events Goshen does throughout the year are great! The bathrooms aren’t the greatest but not bad for a park bathroom.
