For city folks who miss the ocean, this beach delivers. Sand was soft and pebbles were smooth near the shore. Free admission, bathrooms available. No showers or running water. Bring your own water or a bag to fill and wash feet at car. Camp/Beach store is only open Thursday - Sunday.
Clean beach. Peaceful. Not crowded before 11AM. Lots of parking space. The sand is kept. The water is inviting. There are picnic areas by the entrance. The restroom is there as well. I only saw 1 Men and 1 Women restroom. It would be a walk depending on where you park. Lots of family after 10ish.
Favorite beach out of all of the other ones. It's completely free and well kept / clean, but there's no life guards. The beach is very sandy and has a lot of space where you can walk or swim. There are some seagulls, so be careful around your food.
