Confirmed from Alexandria Community Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Alexandria Community Park
“Such a lovely park with great fishing, playground, baseball fields, clean, restrooms, walking trails, hiking, and activities for all ages!”
“Beautiful place well kept very very clean walking trails tennis playground and the lake is gorgeous.”
“Very nice park, beautiful lake and walking trail, very peaceful, clean place.”
We love this park. We spent time in our first date here, walking around the lake. I have also fished, taken senior photos, and taken the baby used to nanny here. We came her when I was a senior in high school for a field trip here as well. It is great for kids, fishing, walking, and even hiking (trails).
We parked in the 1st small lot on the left, many young ball players with parents looking for parking spots. Next time we will go straight down the hill by the lake. Smaller park but A nice place to walk around a lake. Very busy on a weekend day with many people fishing.
I love coming here. It's very peaceful and quiet.even the playground near by. I think the fishing is great. And getting to the lake isn't bad . The other great feature is the walking trail it's a combo of black top and gravel. But still packed down enough to push a stroller or pull a wagon.

“Great space; there's a paved path around the reservoir where folks fish, but there's also a huge grass and gravel nature trail that goes around the surrounding area.”
