Confirmed from Allaire State Park Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Popular, mostly flat park featuring various mountain biking trails as well as running trails.
What runners say about Allaire State Park Trailhead
“Such a beautiful trail for hiking and biking we just so happened to pass it and go back to venture!”
“Great place to run, hike, or ride.”
“Mostly easy, beginner friendly trails to ride (or run, walk or hike).”
Good thing for All Trails map or I would have definitely got lost at this place. There are just so many different side trails, that you can get lost really easy on the orange trai. It's all flat, but about a 5 mile hike as a loop. Mountain bikers have a blast here with all of the side trails.
Excellent place to ride a mountain bike. It's not very big but there are plenty of trails to ride, you can easily do 20 miles. Great for beginners and just follow the blue trails or more advanced riders can do tiger woods or across Hospital road.
Great place to run, hike, or ride. Some of the bike paths remind me of ski slopes with how they wind and meander. A lot of good hills and jumps. Could be fun with an e-bike but be careful of others, some paths don’t have much visibility. Parking area is free and spacious. Has porta-johns.
Just got into mountain biking and this place is great. Such a variety of trails for all skill levels and looking at the trail map shows the vast amount. You can spend the whole day here no question so pack some food and drinks.

“It's all flat, but about a 5 mile hike as a loop.”
