Confirmed from Alvarez Ninth Street Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with a playground, picnic tables, boat launch, pier, beach, and BBQ grills.

“Neighbors routinely collect garbage and help keep it clean.”
“Really pretty little park with a small jungle gym, swings and a beautiful view from the beach located down a short path.”
“Lovely area, if you just want to relax by the water, nice and quiet.”
My wife and kids love this park. It is perfect. Nice playground, plenty of parking, grass, sitting space, a spot to play volleyball and a breathtaking view of the Carquinez Bridge and let's not forget the sunset that comes with it when the time is right. You also have access to the water to walk on or go swimming.
Really pretty little park with a small jungle gym, swings and a beautiful view from the beach located down a short path. This was my first time going here and I will definitely be back. Great place to bring small children or enjoy this beautiful weather and have a picnic ❤️
Clean park with a kids playground. Also, there’s a trail that leads to a small beach. Lots of benches and space to watch the sunset. Spacious parking lot that’s not usually too quiet. There are homes right overlooking the park so it’s good to be mindful of the noise.
It's a beautiful park with tons of grass and a play structure for the kiddos. Right around it is a jogging path that lots of people use to walk around and enjoy the view of the bay and the bridge. If you walk toward the willow tree you can walk down to the beach and skip stones with the kiddos.
