Really cool park. Great parking, view is great with access to the river/stream. Only complaint is the trail down from the parking area was not friendly or well marked. It's not a big park.
Not crowded, slow moving river. Warm. Great place to run your fur baby.
A nice little area next to the Carson River with a short trail along the river. I visited in winter, and the scenery isn't to great and is likely far better in the spring when the plants and trees come back to life.
This is by far the best place to run dog. It's virtually deserted and way over the top doggy heaven for hounds. One of the largest regional parks in northern Nevada, if not the largest.
