Confirmed from Amity Woods Nature Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Nice little trail with plenty of wildlife. Very easy walk and had nice flowers and places to view the stream along the way.

Great little trail just out of the way of everything enough to have little road noise and lots of nature! Well taken care of too! Some concrete walkway and the rest is mulched. There seems to be some smaller trails too that aren't as well maintained if you wanna get off the beaten path.

★★★★★ — Anastasia , Sep 2018

So nice for a short or long stroll! Just the concrete path is about 3/4 mi. There are 2 mulched side loops and a bonus pond if you want a climb and its not too muddy.

★★★★☆ — Malinda , Feb 2023

For a simple walk in the woods, this is just fine. The paved trail is easy, the wood-chip path a tiny bit more work, with a little terrain. Some nice wildflowers.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🛣️ Paved surface 17 mentions

“The paved trail is very short, a couple blocks or so, but there are mulch trails that offshoot and loop bck to the trail that are great for mountain-biking or just hiking through.”
