Confirmed from Arrowhead Point Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Arrowhead Point Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (288 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 3 mentions

“Arrowhead Point Park is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and highly accessible.”

Arrowhead Point Park is one of my favorite places to fish on Belton lake and it's worth the 30 minute drive for me. It's free to get in and it's open 24 hours. There's one boat ramp with a courtesy dock.

It was a nice Sunday afternoon walk. We parked on the west side and walked on the paved trail to east side to the other gate and back then sat by the water for a few minutes. It was very calming.

★★★★☆ — Travel , Dec 2020

Wasn’t to busy and was a nice little spot to check out with walking areas to explore around the lake. If you want to fish this is the spot to go, there’s also a boat ramp if needed.

★★★★★ — P , Apr 2022

Nice little park with boat ramp, courtesy dock for boat loading, hiking trail, parking lot for cars/boat trailers. Lots of shoreline for fishing in an inlet off lake Belton.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
