Confirmed from Aubrey Davis Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park offering sports facilities, a playground & a large open field with views of downtown Seattle.
What runners say about Aubrey Davis Park
“Great view and a well maintained park in a good neighborhood.”
Great park over i90 overpass. Great sunsets. Lake Washington bike loop goes through here too. Near park n ride.
Sitting above the I-90 tunnel, Aubrey Davis Park is a great example of turning urban infrastructure into a space that can be shared and enjoyed by many. There are playgrounds, tennis courts, a ball field with restrooms, and lots of green space. The tennis court has some nice views of Seattle!
Absolutely no parking during the Seafair show . We had to park a mile away & walk to the park for good sky view. Very crowded , all shaded trees& areas were already taken.
Well-maintained parks with great trail connection. Restrooms were clean and mosquito-free. The missing star is because the hand-washing sink was very small, difficult to use, and had a tiny water flow. Otherwise, the park is a nice place to run or bike to.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
