Confirmed from Auburn Riverwalk's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park offering a trail with scenic views and ducks.
What runners say about Auburn Riverwalk
“Lovely walk, great exercise with beautiful view.”
This is a great little piece of Auburn that is enjoyable but short. If you are in the city, it's a fun little walk.
I love the Riverwalk, great view and peaceful. The cliff over the falls is very beautiful. Takes you away from the city stress of life. Great place to walk. Please put a porta potty somewhere for people who walk the river, near the Falls..ty Some establishments dont oblige unless your a customer.
Great fishing nice walk minus the occasional addict that occupying the trail/ woods
My S.O. had his job moved to Maine on a Temp basis, so we traveled to see him. While there, we took in the sights, in Lewiston, just across the bridge, is Saint Peters Basilica, easily seen from the walk or the rooms that face Lewiston. The ducks and Squirrells are a lot of fun to watch.
Trail conditions & character
“The trail is nice but we didn't walk the whole thing, only to the overlook.”
