Confirmed from Autumn Hill Reservation's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Nature reserve with basic paths through a habitat of native geology, vegetation & woodland animals.
What runners say about Autumn Hill Reservation
“In dry conditions, though, it would be a beautiful trail to explore.”
“There are a lot of birds and is very peaceful and enjoyable.”
Very nice place to go for a walk in the woods. There are a lot of birds and is very peaceful and enjoyable. I went during early spring but would love to visit again in Autumn.
Interesting, desolate, little hike. Trails were longer than expected and diverse scenery. Has a bit of a creepy vibe at least in early Spring.
Too many flies and mosquitos. Use repellant before going. Paths are narrow. Lots of grass so looks like not many visitors. Also fallen tree blocks the path..
Another nice place to walk near Princeton. A full circuit took us about an hour. Lots of very muddy patches in winter, and in one place the path became a stream. Did not encounter any other people. They post maps and trail intersections, but there is no indication where you are on the map, so they're not very useful.
