Confirmed from Bales Park Trails' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

They've done a great job building these biking and hiking trails. I'm a beginner and they are a little tough on me but definitely worth it. The lookout point is awesome, and you have at least 3 very nice trails to choose from.
Amazing new bike and hiking? Trail. Designed and constructed by Rogue Trails out of Northwest Arkansas, this trail rivals the best ones at Turkey Mountain and reminds me of the trails around Bentonville, Ark. It’s small compared to Slaughter Pen, but eventually be part of a much bigger and better mtb system in Tulsa.
The trails were beautiful but unfortunately about half way through there was a TON of broken glass
Loved this trail. Totals about 3 miles. Lots of rocks but not much elevation change.
