Confirmed from Lubell Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Bicycle-friendly park known for its playground, skating area, picnic tables and hiking paths.
What runners say about Lubell Park
“Trails are well maintained and clean.”
“Not crowded at all on the early Sunday afternoon I visited in February 2022.”
In an unexpected place, the middle of a neighborhood. But, the area of the trails is wide & dense with trees. The main walking trail weaves in & out so much it's hard to tell you're in a neighborhood once you get in the trees! Recommend.
It's quiet and peaceful place to run. A nice change from the loud playground turkey mountain has become.
There's so many spots or areas to park, play, hike, do your stretches, ride your bike, or if you have very little ones there is a fence around one of the playgrounds to let the kids play on the there and you can close the gate so they don't get out to the parking lot.
Great use of a small wooded area in town. All Trails said your not likely to see anyone while walking the trail, but I saw numerous people and some dogs. It's a nice little nature submersion without the sound of heavy traffic. I would recommend checking it out.
