Confirmed from Barrington Road Pond's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Relaxed spot featuring a pond filled with lotus lilies, plus picnic tables, trails and cycle-parking.
What runners say about Barrington Road Pond
Love this forest preserve very nice trail nice people that pass by with a smile!
The variety of nature, wildlife and the way the landscape changes with every season is awesome, you can take great pictures, picnics, trails and disconnect from the daily routine.
Great spot to walk with the dogs. It would be better if every path was maintained. Lily pads in the warmer seasons are a huge plus!
