Confirmed from Bauervic Woods Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Forested recreation area with a colorful playground, nature trails & picnic tables.
What runners say about Bauervic Woods Park
“Great play structure for the kids and nice picnic tables near that which are shaded by the trees.”
“The paths were well marked easy to follow map system.”
I love this park! I loved all of the different equipment and different activities for the kids and big kids (adults). We enjoyed the trails and the space to throw the ball around.
Beautiful park with walking/ bicking trails and lots of surrounding trees. There's a play area for smaller children and bigger ones. Lots of places to sit down and stay close enough to the play area. My kids and I come here at least twice a week.
This was a very interesting park. And very nice. BRING THE BUG SPRAY!!!! The parking is limited. There is handicap picnic tables. And the jungle gym is quite new and large! Totally looks like a blast! If you hit the trails, they are a bit muddy but lots of animals!!!
This had some nice walking trails. The paths were well marked easy to follow map system. Very flat terrain. Now I would not say it is handicap accessible. There were a lot of large tree roots that needed to be traversed. I could push my client who uses a wheelchair but it was not easy.

- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
