Confirmed from Bay Point Regional Shoreline's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with walking trails and picnic tables, as well as a boat launch for canoes or kayaks.
What runners say about Bay Point Regional Shoreline
“I am fortunate to be able to see behind the scenes as construction is taking place to clean up and fix up this cool little park.”
“One of the most beautiful East Bay parks hidden in Bay Point.”
Nice open space ,fresh air .good trail.beatiful views.great bird sighting spot.
After many years they restore the place, finally! Some sidewalk, better parking and better road for access was needed. Not sure how is going to look like because it's still under construction. It looks like they are just doing the bare minimal, probably to preserve the nature as is, !? Or maybe insufficient founds...
I am fortunate to be able to see behind the scenes as construction is taking place to clean up and fix up this cool little park. Props to East Bay Regional parks for giving this location some attention! When all is said and done, there will be a nice walking trail with a ton of shoreline wildlife to see.
We have an outdoor NA meeting rain or shine every Sunday. So different birds of prey like hawks and kites and it has a great trail to walk your dog and you can even fish at the end of the trail.
