Confirmed from John Henry Johnson Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring a playground, grassy areas, picnic tables, basketball courts and a walking trail.
What runners say about John Henry Johnson Park

“The walking trail is a great length for a partly shaded walk.”
“We fly kites here, kick the soccer ball, play on the playgrounds, and walk the dog.”
Great park to walk, very clean and nice walkways inside park. Kids playing area. Loved it
This is a good park for our family. There is lots of room to spread out or play some field sports. We fly kites here, kick the soccer ball, play on the playgrounds, and walk the dog. The walking trail is a great length for a partly shaded walk.
I go to this park to walk. I start at my house, walk up Leland and then enter the park at the parking entrance. Walking up Leland gives me an incline that is beneficial for my hips. I have many injuries due to my many years working for the Postal Service delivering mail.
Good place for a walk, my usual park I go for walks, but recently was put under construction, so it may not be best to visit right now. Parking is extremely limited, about 10-15 spaces. They started with a partial/half closure and then are now doing construction on both sides.
