This was a great small but packed with stuff place in painesville. There was a launch ramp for maybe a kayak or paddleboard. I saw a large fish by the rocks. There was a path for fishing and some really good habitat for fish to dwell. There was wildlife on the way. (snake pic).
Nice local park with a nice picnic pavilion and nature trails. The gravel loop is exactly 1200 meters and then the grass loop added on is slightly over a mile long when added on to the gravel loop as one big loop. The grass trails are not as smooth as the gravel ones though, so watch your footing when running.
I go there alot. I like to sit with my dog Bear in the pavilion and just enjoy nature. Its very nice for having a picnic. Haven't tried the trail yet, I have heard many good comments about how peaceful it is while walking. I also sit by the water watching the fishermen.
