This is a favorite walking trail for us - it has sections by the river where my dog likes to swim. The whole trail is a 7 mile figure of eight loop, with the center at River Road park.
Even though the path is near the highway (and you do hear the noise of the traffic) it is a beautiful peaceful walk. Such a great use of wetlands giving space back to the wildlife.
