We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Berryhill Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
7.2-acre park with a playground, ball field & picnic areas, plus trails, volleyball & tennis courts.
What runners say about Berryhill Park
“A beautiful little park with a nice asphalt jogging path that is about 1/3 of a mile, well-kept tennis courts, a playground, and picnic tables.”

Our little one loves the playground equipment! There is also a walking path, covered pavilion, and there *were* tennis courts, but they appear to be under major construction right now. The playground is pretty close to a busy road, so that is something to keep in mind if you have a child with a tendency to dart.

Love Searcy and all it’s parks! Very friendly and safe environments for family’s. And they always have an amazing Christmas display up for the holidays. We’ll kept park. WITH restrooms! Also can’t forget about the great walking/bicycle trails that start at Berryhill park.
Large playground, creekside walking trail, and new pickleball courts. Centrally located in town. I only wish they’d add a fence between the playground and the road to make it safer.

The practical stuff
- AccessHours vary — hours are not posted for this trail, so check before an early or late run
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
