Confirmed from Bicentennial Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Bicentennial Park
“Very well maintained park with plenty of shade, a decent playground, and lots of grass.”
It was a great place to go with my children. They have a slide, some swings, a Geo Globe, a baseball field, a walking trail, and what looks like some horseshoe pits. It's a big open area where kids can run and play in the middle of a neighborhood.
Happy to have a park so close! Nice walking path! Fun swings and steep slide. Doesn't have that much but it has enough. We will be going here a lot!
Very well maintained park with plenty of shade, a decent playground, and lots of grass. There are nice biking/ walking paths through the park, and it is stroller and wheelchair accessible, although you do have a walk a bit too the playground and pavilion, which are set way back from the road.
Windy on the day we had our family reunion... Otherwise lovely with a large Bowery with plentiful trees for shade. Pet friendly. We slacklined between two of the trees and had a lot of fun.
Trail conditions & character
“Very well maintained park with plenty of shade, a decent playground, and lots of grass.”
“It has bathrooms, pavilion, playground, volley ball, horse shoe game and baseball diamond.”
“Also, bring your own water as there is no drinking fountain, and the slide gets really hot, careful wearing shorts or a dress.”

The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- At the trailheadrestrooms, water — reported by runners
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
